Psychological Manipulation

The accusations of psychological manipulation, "brainwashing," and mind control against the Heralds of the Gospel are contradicted by data collected during the Apostolic Visitation of 2017-2018, in which 1,824 members were individually interviewed. The overwhelming majority expressed satisfaction with their life in the institution. The civil inquiry on "indoctrination and manipulation" was dismissed, with the decision confirmed by the STJ (Superior Court of Justice).
