Litigation Harassment -- Accusation and Response
The documentary "Slaves of Faith" accuses the Heralds of the Gospel of litigation harassment -- abusive use of the judicial system to intimidate and silence accusers. Analysis of the 28 lawsuits reveals the opposite: the Heralds were defendants in 28 cases, not plaintiffs, and all were dismissed or decided in their favor. The only offensive action was against proven defamation. Exercising the right of defense in cases where one is the defendant is a fundamental constitutional right.
